Payment and Shipping
On receipt of your order we will calculate the total amount, including tax and shipping, and contact you. You may then pay by Visa or MasterCard so your order can be shipped right away. You may also choose to pay by certified cheque or money order. Your order will be shipped on receipt of payment. Payment must be received within ten days or item will be returned to inventory.
Once payment is received, your items will be shipped by Express Post.

Because these are one of a kind items, they are sold on a first come basis, so please do not send payment unless your order is confirmed, as it may have sold in the mean time.

Returns
We try to provide as much information as we can think of, to describe these beautiful pieces, but if you have any questions, please ask before ordering, so you can be fairly sure of what you will receive.
The colours are represented as accurately as possible, but will vary with each monitor. Please contact us before ordering, if you have any doubts. If you do find you are not pleased with your item, contact us within three days of receipt to make arrangements for return and refund, less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for refund the item must be returned in perfect condition. If any damage has occurred, a refund may be refused. If item is dirty or has pet hair or smoke odour, an additional fee may be deducted or refund may be refused.

Once all that business stuff is taken care of, we will ship quickly, so you can enjoy.
